Our assessment process and Coaching style may differ from the traditional practice of Coaching in that we Coach the "whole person", inside and out, through sophisticated teaching that expands the client's awareness of self and their environment. Your initial evaluation is generally done In-Person* and in the comfort of your own home, business or a mutually convenient meeting place. After your initial session (approximately 90 minutes), you may choose to continue your coaching relationship In-Person*, or via telephone or email. Several programs and services are available to our clients, in addition to the following core process.
Our Coaches Will:
- Objectively evaluate your current situation, environment, and desired goals.
- Suggest a "game plan" for success.
- Give you tasks and assignments designed to facilitate goal achievement.
- Monitor your progress and give constructive feedback, as well as keep you motivated and on-track.
- Provide you with referrals and resources in specific areas of need.
- Celebrate with you in your success!
*In-Person sessions may not be available in some geographic locations.
